At KwiKom, we connect people to Internet and Phone service in-town and in rural communities with fixed wireless and fiber optic technologies.
As an IT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the continued stability and growth of our organization. We are looking for an IT Coordinator to support our internal IT Department with Desktop, Microsoft 365, and Desktop/Laptop hardware support.
Responsibilities
- Routine operations of existing Microsoft 365 Business Suite including Entra and Active Directory
- Onboarding & Offboarding Staff including IT resource provisioning.
- Desktop Support for internal workforce
- Other Enterprise IT Duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Assist with implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures.

- Ability to lift, move, and connect cabling for laptop, desktop, and server systems.
